Privacy Policy

Market Lab is a business market-screening service operated by Sabre Real Estate Advisors LLC. Access is provided to approved users through an existing SABRE or client workspace account. Market Lab does not sell consumer accounts through the app.

• Account information, including your name, email address, account identifier, authentication provider, and the workspaces and data sources you are authorized to access.
• Sign-in and session information, including when an account signs in, when an authorized session was last used, and whether the session is active, expired, or revoked.
• The workspace, workbook, location, and map records requested to provide the Market Lab screens you choose to view.
• Limited technical performance records, such as request timing, response status, service revision, and aggregate database or storage operations. These records are designed not to contain your name or email address.

If you use Google Sign-In, Google processes the sign-in request. The Google Sign-In software identifies account and device information in its Apple privacy manifest, including name, email address, phone number, user and device identifiers, coarse location derived from an IP address, and limited authentication or diagnostic usage data. Google identifies these uses as app functionality or analytics and does not identify them as tracking. Market Lab does not request your device’s precise location, contacts, photo library, microphone, health data, or advertising identifier.

We use information only to:

• authenticate users and enforce workspace permissions;
• deliver the requested dashboard, scoring, comparison, and map views;
• maintain secure sessions and prevent unauthorized access;
• provide support and communicate about account access; and
• operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve service reliability.

After an authorized online load, the iOS app may save a read-only copy of the workspaces and data sources your account can access. The copy is stored in the app’s protected local storage, excluded from device backups, and used only when live data is unavailable. Signing out clears the saved dashboard and map data. Deleting the app removes its local copy.

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or allow cross-app tracking. We share information only with service providers that help operate Market Lab, such as cloud hosting and storage, authentication, and transactional email delivery. These providers are required to protect the information and use it only to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Market Lab, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Account and workspace-access records are retained while the business relationship or authorized account remains active. Authentication challenges expire, and sessions are retained only as needed to support security, expiration, revocation, and audit requirements. Operational logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s configured retention period.

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, protected device storage, and an opaque Keychain session token to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email market-lab@sabre.life. We may verify your identity and coordinate with the organization that granted your workspace access. We will retain only information that we are legally or contractually required to keep.

Market Lab is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
